Terms and Conditions - Auto Detailing Services

1. Service Agreement

By booking or utilizing our auto detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and (Brandon's Auto Detail).

2. Service Description

Our auto detailing services involve the cleaning, waxing, and protection of vehicles' interiors and exteriors. We strive to provide high-quality service, but please note that results may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle.

3. Pricing and Payment

The pricing for our auto detailing services will be provided to you upon request or as displayed on our website. After the deposit the rest of the payment is due after the service is completed, and we accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other forms of payment specified by us. Any additional charges or fees incurred during the service will be communicated to you beforehand.

4. Bookings & Cancelations

To book an appointment there will be a non-refundable $25 deposit required for any service that we provide.

5. Liability

While we take utmost care during our auto detailing process, we cannot be held liable for any contents left in the vehicle. It is your responsibility to remove any valuable or fragile items from your vehicle prior to our service.

6. Customer Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, including its make, model, and condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary permissions and rights to allow us access to your vehicle for the purpose of auto detailing.

7. Service Completion

We will strive to complete the auto detailing service within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances or vehicle-specific requirements may cause slight variations in the duration. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 48 hours of the completion of the auto detailing service. We will review your concern and, if necessary, make reasonable efforts to address it.

9. Intellectual Property

Any trademarks, logos, or proprietary information displayed during our service remain the property of their respective owners. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute such materials without obtaining proper authorization.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other forms of communication. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Louisiana]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Southwest Louisiana].
